In winter it can be rented either for (vacational) short term rent (weekly) or for months as long term winter let (from November to March) with this monthly price of 2500 Eur per month and in summer it is only rented for a vacational (short) term rent (price per night or week). The apartment is located in a beautiful and contemporary complex recently built with all new facilities, communal pool and jacuzzis, communal gardens and underground garage. There is a private underground parking space.
The property is south facing, very bright, with a very large and sunny terrace overlooking the sea, garden and pool. The views are green, blue and you can see another block of the urbanization that is modern and beautiful so the view is really very nice.
The open, American kitchen is fully equipped with all high-end appliances, in the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer, there is also a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, electric water heater, wine cellar etc. Has an island / breakfast bar with stools.

The main room has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, a TV on the wall and a direct exit to the terrace, the master room is south facing.
The second full bath is down the hall, and it also has awalk-in shower.
You will love the minimalist and fresh decoration of this property, you will want to return for sure.
This urbanization is very close to (5 minutes walk) Lidl supermarket, Supercor supermarket, bars, restaurants, hardware store, pharmacy and other amenities. The beach is 3 minutes away by car and 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is 8 minutes driving from Puerto Banús and 10 - 15 minutes from Estepona center.
