There is a storage room with Ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment.
This floor leads to the garden with a covered terrace with 2 lounge chairs, garden table with 6 chairs and umbrella.
There is also an underground parking space with electric gate (recommended in hot temperatures)

Near several golf courses. At the end of the street there is a new car-free cycling and walking path to the sea.
