We present you a very luminous penthouse in front of the sea where you will definitely want to come back. And it has everything: from magnificent sea views, direct access to the beach and the beautiful promenade with all its beach bars, to all kinds of services on foot such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bus stop and taxi rank, pharmacies, etc...
If you decide to use the car, it will be to go to Marbella (15 minutes away) or Fuengirola (15 minutes away), because everything else is close at hand. Golf courses, tennis clubs, gyms and of course the magnificent promenade from the small but unique Puerto de Cabopino to the still charming, peaceful and tranquil La Cala de Mijas. It is recommended to walk it from end to end in the early morning or at sunset, when the views are spectacular.
Mi Capricho is an emblematic urbanisation between Marbella and Mijas Costa, with 24h security, two swimming pools with bar/restaurant and very easy access from the airport or from Marbella, if necessary directly from the toll motorway.
The penthouse itself is on one floor avoiding stairs, although it has a large terrace on the main floor and a huge solarium accessed from a spiral staircase from the terrace. From the underground parking space we access the flat directly by lift, being the only flat on the floor. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by the hallway. All the bedrooms have sea views except for the third one. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms (the main one en suite) have been recently refurbished. Individual air conditioning in each room, BBQ area for when you get tired of eating "pescaíto" and "gambas al pil pil" in the beach bars and of course, huge and very well designed swimming pools facing the sea. In short, a real treat!
