The apartment is situated in the complex "Residencial Noray" which is located in Nueva Alcantara, the beach area of San Pedro Alcantara.
Noray is a gated complex of low buildings in a Mediterranian style that was built in 2003 by developer Proincosta which has a fantastic reputation due to its build quality on many developments over the decades.
There are a total of 96 well appointed 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses with lovely swimming pool, ample children's pool, extremely well kept gardens and secure underground parking.
Next to Noray you find the very popular tennis and paddle-tennis club with a highly acclaimed restaurant that contains a large terrace to enjoy tapas (small Spanish snacks) and drinks (many events are held here over the course of the year). You can also find a hairdresser, beauty saloon, kids centre and a gymnasium.
From the complex It takes just 5 minutes to walk down to the beach. There are four beaches in San Pedro "Residencial Noray´s" nearest beach is the San Pedro Alcantara beach with really pleasant board walk (1400m) and the widest, most populated beach in San Pedro. Although Cortijo Blanco beach,A short (600m), gravel beach next to the Cortijo Blanco urbanization, Linda Vista beach a popular beach (650m) next to the Linda Vista urbanization, Guadalmina beach a relatively long beach (1500m) next to the Guadalmina urbanization are all easily accessible by foot.
The beach promenade of San Pedro itself is an ideal place to take a leisurely stroll or take a gentle bike ride and maybe catch a glimpse of Africa on a clear day. Alternatively relax in one of the many restaurants or head to the sand armed with an Ice cream.
In the opposite direction take 10 minutes stroll and you are you are in the very traditional town of San Pedro armed with every amenity imaginable

THE AREA
San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 10 kilometres west from all the glitz and glamour of Marbella, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 20 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own.
Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes, bars, spanish tapas bars and spanish and international restaurants.
Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.
A pleasant walk is from the centre of town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees. And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll (or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes. Visit Bora Bora if only for a drink at the bar. It is one of the best beach clubs on the coast, with a superb restaurant and all the usual beach facilities, a tropical paradise.
San Pedro also has the last summer fair ( feria ) in Andalucia being in the second week in October.
