The community has a concierge who takes care of the community gardens and the home's private garden.

The house is very well located: very safe area, short walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a few meters from a food store (small supermarket). By car: 2 minutes from several supermarkets, shops, restaurants... A 12 minutes drive from Puerto Banús (Marbella).
