Inspired by the principles of Finnish construction, this beautiful villa has been designed and built by its own owner taking care of even the smallest detail. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en-suite) and 2 toilets. Triple glazing in all windows and access doors to balconies or terrace of it. The structure, unlike the usual constructions, is made of 14.5 cm wood pieces and an insulating layer (same thickness) of ecological recycled material with flame retardant treatment. This together with the triple glazing of its doors and windows, provides a great isolation, which allows to stay or walk inside in winter without the need to wear winter clothes. For this same reason, the air that remains inside is completely dry, which favors those with respiratory or lungs problems, allergies or asthma, whom gets worst in damp spaces.
It also has two air renewal equipment, which cools and purifies the air of the house without having to open doors or windows.
All the areas most prone to humidity in the house (ex: kitchen, bathrooms, etc ...) are protected by an inner layer of water resistant material under paving and tiling. It has underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated through a water circuit that is installed. This water is heated through 14 solar panels placed on the roof and is stored in a 1500 liter tank from which the circuit is supplied. For domestic water it has another deposit of 350 liters.

On the outside of it, at the entrance, we find a storage area designed to store golf equipment. This storage can be used to store other household or garden tools, as they would be more accessible. It has two independent doors to access the garages (2 outdoor and 3 covered). Large storage area in the underground garage.
Through the living room we access the rear exterior of the house where we find the porch with a large and well-equipped covered barbecue area where you can enjoy with your family or friends just right a beautiful infinity pool adorned with a gorgeous waterfall (includes lights in it for night time). It has a exclusive design wooden base table for about 12 guests.
Next to the pool we find the outdoor sauna, built on a wheels base, to facilitate the cleaning and painting of the wall adjacent to it.

Distributed over 3 floors, the first bedroom is on the entrance floor with en-suite bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are distributed 2 on the first floor, where you can also have the option of building an additional room if desired as this area have being prepared with everything necessary for its construction, beams and structures, electrical connections, TV sockets, ... and the remaining 2 on the ground floor / basement and one of them with bathroom en-suite also. This last floor that we mentioned is completely independent, as it has a living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, indoor sauna and fully equipped kitchen to make an independent living space in it. It has a direct access to it from the same door that accesses the covered garage. This option gives complete privacy for guests and greater comfort for the elderlies in the family, since everything is distributed on the same level.
It has a security alarm system directly connected to the central.

No doubt it is an option to live all year round as well as for investment, since it has all the permits and conditioning stipulated for short term rental.
The urbanization has a 24 hour security patrol.
It is located in a Mijas Costa area where tranquility resides. Just few minutes walk you will have the opportunity to enjoy nature in the park (currently under project by the Mijas Townhall) qualified as the largest park in Andalusia.
