The property is located on the edge of the car-free Historical Centre with a 5-minute walk to Plaza de la Merced and Plaza Uncibay. Parking is available in the street, but 30m from the house there is a public parking garage.

Every room has air conditioning, all three en suite bathrooms have floor heating, wifi with fibre optics, high-quality double windows, alarm system, 2 boilers, modern kitchen with American fridge. The ground floor has a large living kitchen and access through sliding doors to the living-bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio.
The first floor has a small hall, two large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The three bathrooms all have windows to the outside. The three bathrooms all have underfloor heating and windows.
There is currently a lot of renovation and construction going on in the neighbourhood, in order to get a fancier look.
