The economy
As an owner, your investment in the apartment is €149,000, with monthly expenses totaling €300. The monthly expense covers property taxes, insurance, and administration.
A professional firm is responsible for all administrative matters, making it easy and convenient for you. All you must do is book your flight and enjoy your vacation.
Each owner has access to the residence for 8 weeks annually, and the apartment is pre-purchased, allowing you to utilize your investment right away.
La Cala De Mijas is a peaceful town with excellent amenities, including a beautiful coastline and proximity to larger cities.
