Downstairs, “the children’s floor”, is at day time a spacious living area, and at night a bedroom for up to four people. The first floor, “the parents’”, has an open plan kitchen and a living with spectacular views, with a sofa-bed that at night becomes a large bedroom. All thought with a decoration that creates a very functional, happy and magnetic space.
Last, one goes up to the roof top terrace, a gift to the sight, the space where to relax and forget about the world.
All in all, a little jewel, a true caprice... Something unique, there is no other property with those views in the Historic Center.
