This penthouse is very spacious and bright, it is south facing. Upon entering there is the entrance hall and the outdoor kitchen, open to the living room, very well equipped with a dishwasher, glasses, glasses, cups and all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender , toaster etc., everything you need for your perfect vacation! In the upstairs solarium there is a table with chairs to dine al fresco, 2 sun loungers for sunbathing and water and electricity connection.

There is WIFI in the apartment and a smart TV with many international programs, NETFLIX, Disney Plus etc.

The apartment is equipped with a clothes iron and ironing board, emergency medical kit, fire extinguisher, tourist information, etc.

There are plenty of clean large and medium white towels and there are also pool and beach towels.

Urbanization is called "La Joya" and has 2 large swimming pools and 1 children's pool and large well-kept community gardens, community showers and sun loungers. There is parking right in front of the apartment. It is a gated and very well maintained community, famous in Mijas Costa for being one of the best communities.
Walking along the beach you can reach the Sohail Castle area in Fuengirola, the Myramar shopping center is 2 minutes away by car with all kinds of shops, cinema, restaurants and bars. The center of Fuengirola and its seafront are in 3.4 minutes by car; Malaga airport is 15 minutes away. La Cala de Mijas is 5 minutes away and Marbella 25 minutes.

The apartment is for vacation rental, price is per night or per week in summer months and in winter from October to March it could be monthly.
