This beautiful, ready-to-go B & B is, due to its authenticity and low price, an ideal entry point to start a business in southern Spain.
The B & B has an existing clientele and was active until the end of July 2016.
This company participated a while ago in the program with Four in Bed.

The entire complex consists of 5 cave houses, located on a closed esplanade.

The B & B consists of 5 cave houses (Cuevas).
A Cueva is a house that is built in a mountain, only the front is visible!
A Cueva has a pleasant temperature both in winter and in summer ... in summer not above 22 ° and in winter not below 19 °.
A Cueva does not have any moisture problems anyway.
The cave itself ensures a constant moisture regulation and temperature.
A Cueva has no fungi and is therefore a healthy place to live in!

4 ° cave house (Taibilla 3pers) with fitted kitchen, bathroom with spacious rain shower, lounge with sofa bed, wood stove and 1 bedroom.

5 ° cave house (Bolera 4 pers) with fitted kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi, lounge with sofa bed, wood stove and 1 bedroom.

The caves are fully furnished and furnished with kitchen utensils, sheets and towels.

All the necessities to serve breakfast for the B & B are available for 15 people.
