Further up, the second house is made entirely out of wood. This is a beautiful house which again offers all amenities, two large bedrooms, a good sized living room, an open kitchen and air-conditioning. There is also a covered and open terrace in which each can enjoy the superb sea and country side/mountain views. Near this house, you will find two sheds where one can stack hay or use it as storage for equestrian
There are further stables at the bottom near the entrance of the property. Here you will equally find a mobile home which is again fully self-sufficient. Inside there are two rooms which can be used for bedrooms, there is a living room and a fully functional kitchen. There are lavatories inside and a standup shower outside.
For someone looking for a country property with stables, close to town yet far enough to be in a peaceful environment, this place is ideal and extremely well maintained. At this price, it is real bargain.
