One of the best located apartments in the area. Very pleasant apartment in top condition on the top floor with a sea view. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It belongs to a parking space in the basement from which you take the elevator up to the entrance to the apartment. The area is very pleasant and is only 500 m from the beach and 300 m from the nearest supermarket Mercadona. The area is private and fenced and has 4 different pools and a paddling course. Duquesa's fine marina with all the restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the picturesque fishing village of San Luis de Sabinillas.
It takes about 1 hour to Malaga airport and Gibraltar. Duquesa golf course is right nearby with 18 holes.
