ESTEPONA is located on the east side of the town of Estepona in Residential Development
. It occupies an elevated plot to the West of Río Padrón with access to “Laguna Village” Shopping
Center (re-opening in 2023), the Kempinski Bahia 5* Hotel and it is immediately to the East of the main access
from the Coast Road to the town of Estepona. To the North of building is Rustic Land with the characteristic of
“Countryside Fields”. 7,797 m2 of this countryside forms part of building and this Rustic Land will be planted
