Please indicate in the LOI letter of intent the Service and the Category that is required for any request, the bank invests a maximum of 90% of the necessary capital against any joint investment request. In case of offering us an asset to buy, the seller must provide an international bank guarantee as collateral use for at least one year and one day, the bank taking charge of the cost once the guarantee has been received and verified, never before; and if the seller needs to contract the guarantee with the bank, then the client will have to pay in advance the bank issuance charges for said guarantee, this payment being fully refundable to the customer. We suggest sellers without experience in international trade to make the most of their guarantee provider in case of not contracting it with the bank, since there is a high rate of fraud. The seller / entrepreneur can also provide us with a refundable fund (5-10% of the sale price) in a security account as a special / additional guarantee during the purchase-sale / investment process.

IMPORTANT: Do not confuse the provision of a collateral bank guarantee or the payment of a reimbursable fund, which in both cases corresponds to an additional guarantee that the seller / entrepreneur provides to the buyer / investor as an act of good faith, seriousness and security towards the buyer / investor, with the possible payment of a guarantee or deposit that the buyer must sometimes pay the seller when they want to make a reservation of an asset that is for sale, and it is estimated that the documentary / legal process of sale may last a long time from now. In any case, the seller / entrepreneur must always show and guarantee the buyer / investor the product in advance, therefore it is necessary that the seller / entrepreneur always provide the additional guarantee as the first step to close the sale, and then decide whether the buyer / investor provides the deposit or proceeds directly to the payment of the agreed transaction.

The deposit is always paid in advance to initiate any file, it is refundable upon completion of each operation or upon cancellation due to lack of agreement or force majeure. Any hiring of our consultancy entails the management of the client's capital and / or assets, that is, we accompany them in all their purposes.

Note 1: We only carry out macroeconomic transactions. On the other hand, we also inform that if the client contributes assets referenced in USD ($) then we will operate in USD ($), and if the client contributes EUR (€) then we will pay with EUR (€), that is, we will work and we will pay in the legal tender that the client pre-selects with their initial guarantees or assets.
