The apartment is located very slightly to the west of Marbella's Town Centre at the start of the famous Golden Mile. From the property you can easily walk to Marbella Town and also the attractive tourist port as well as Marbella's beautiful walled Old Town with its pretty cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, bars and boutiques all of which are a fifteen minute stroll away. The nearest supermarket is a five minute walk and there are bars and restaurants within the immediate vicinity of Jardines del Mar and a bus stop and taxi rank are both 200 meters from the front door.

Adjacent to the beach is the Paseo Maritimo , a beach side walk way, on which you can walk (or jog, blade or cycle) from Marbella Town to the east or go west towards Puerto Banús and beyond. There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants but if you do decide to bring a car there is plenty of secure parking on the community.

The apartment sleeps up to four people and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has just been refurbished by the owners and it has everything you need; a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, power shower, cotton sheets and towels and much more besides. Our guests can enjoy comfortable indoor and outdoor seating on the stunning terrace where you can relax and enjoy the nice views.

We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over One thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
